Policymaking, management and legislation for information-sharing on sustainable development

A supportive environment enriched with policies, managing instruments and technologies needs to be created for information-sharing on sustainable development. It furnishes the fundamental conditions for the information-sharing network. Policy mechanisms, management measures, laws and regulations of information-sharing are important and integral parts of the environment. By analyzing both overseas and domestic situations of information-sharing on sustainable development a comprehensive system of guidelines, fundamental principles, policy systems, management measures and legislation suggestions in correspondence to information-sharing in our country will be worked out in the light of specific conditions in China after thorough exploration. Demonstration and practices are to be conducted in order to formulate the foundation and precondition for information-sharing on sustainable development.
